Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be legally capable of entering into contracts.
• Provide accurate information and maintain a single account.
• Do not create multiple accounts to evade limits or fees; this violates these Terms.
• Authentication is via third-party providers (e.g., Google, Facebook). We do not store your password.

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
• No abuse of limits, scraping at scale, or security circumvention.
• No misrepresentation of identity or affiliation.

Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. We do not store credit card details; Stripe handles payment information and PCI compliance. Plan limits are shown in-app/checkout. Taxes may apply. Upgrades/downgrades/cancellations follow the billing portal terms.

Security & Credentials

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and any links or tokens you create. Notify us of suspected compromise immediately.

Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, downtime, data loss, or liability of any kind, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Service.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, or legal compliance. You may cancel anytime via the billing portal.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
